Christian Education is very important at All Saints and takes many forms:
Sunday mornings (9:45 am – 10:45 pm)
This is the traditional Sunday School hour with classes for preschoolers through adults. The curriculum is scripture-based with an emphasis on exploring and understanding God’s Word.
Confirmation (Sunday; 9:45 am and 6:00 pm)
Confirmation is a two-year period of learning and exploration for young people, typically in the 7th and 8th grades. Building on what they have already experienced in church and at home, this is an opportunity for them to gain an even deeper understanding of the Christian faith. The Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism provide the framework for our confirmation program, but small group sharing and youth group service projects are also a part of the process. At the end of the two years, the young people make a personal commitment to live out the Christian faith in which they have been baptized. We call this “An Affirmation of Baptism.”
Bible Studies
 There are a variety of Bible study opportunities for adults outside of Sunday mornings. Check the calendar or call the church office for the current offerings.
New Member Classes
A course for prospective members is offered on a regular basis. All those curious to learn more about the Lutheran Church are invited to participate. These classes carry no commitment to join the congregation. However, all those who wish to join are expected to take the course. Check the calendar or call the church office for when the next class will be offered.
Spiritual Gift Workshops
Offered on a regular basis, these are intended to help individuals discover their God-given talents for service in the church. The workshop makes use of a self-administered inventory and leader follow-up to help participants find where they “fit” best. Check the calendar or call the church office for the next workshop.
